MEYLE ORIGINAL dust protector kits effectively protect shock absorber piston rods from damage, ensuring proper function over the long term. Every kit contains two rubber buffers and dust protector covers, which reliably shield the pistons from dirt, stone impacts and corrosive substances such as gritting salt and water. As a result, they prevent grit from scratching the piston rods, saltwater from corroding the chrome plating and dirt from damaging the seals and valves.
